Oh Santa, I have a serious case of brewer’s pilsner envy. Don’t get me wrong, I like my current brewing system. It’s sufficient. On it I make great beer. Once. You see, it has repeatability issues. No recipe comes out the same way twice. So, if a beer comes out great, I can’t make another just like it.
